TGIT?

O Thursday.. Thanks the gods you are here again.
So big things are happening in the life of me.. should anyone read this anymore. Bolgger has a way of waiting a few days to post anything I E-mail in.
C__'s grandpa has had everyone all up and worried for weeks now. He has been transferred to a new hospital where they can give him dialysis and figure out what went wrong with the operation he had. They think he was given the wrong food and it tore the suechers in his intestine.. that's why he got all sick and is where he is now... But they're doing everything they can for him and that's good. They went from saying call in the Minister to.. maybe he'll be ready to go home in a few days. But still C__ might have to go back again.. that's another 300 bucks and x number of days without pay. If I had to go, I would get paid so that doesn't worry me so much.
But money we can always make so whatever about that whole mess.

I sat and talked with Boss mans boss for about an hour yesterday.. He's really "good people" if you know what I mean.. no really he is. He know that this company can't always offer the best opportunities and is willing to give advice and insight on how to better handle any situation. So we talked about other opportunities within the company and opportunities outside the company. About school and furthering my education.
He even sent an E-mail to one of our sister companies and dropped my name to their head of operational security.
All and all I felt pretty good about my current situation, so I headed out to my car, looked and my phone and what do I see, A message... for me? I didn't know the number but I had a voice mail so I checked it out and guess who it was.. not one other than the Police Department I tried out for back in February!
It said,
"Hello my name is ... and I'll be handling your one on one background investigation.. We will need to set up a time where you can come in for that and a poly test. Please call me back at ### -####. So I pull over and take a minute, call her back and... Damit voicemail! Of course!
I left my message and she called back about 20 minutes later. I have my One on one at 3 o clock today.. and my poly on Tuesday at 1:30... So this means on to the next step.. I called everyone and their freaken mom and told them about it. But I still fight back the excitement so as to not get ahead of myself.
O and I was 5 minutes lat to work this morning... stupid commute, o and I woke up 30 minutes late.. but we won't look at that.. hehe. I got a call from my boss man when I walked in.. "Do you want to work on next Saturday?" Well not really... "Ok well see you next Saturday then!" K, thanks.
But now that I think about it, it's not like we can't use the dough right now, so maybe it's a good thing.
Other than that.. C__ and I are doing ok.. we are still working out some things, and choosing to let some thing stay dead issues. But we'll be ok, I think.

So I think I'm just goanna sit back and watch this wind day blow by.. ya'll take care and drop a line anytime.. Just so you know..Even if I don't comment I still read everyone's blog everyday
